Mathematics Beyond the Textbook
This program is designed for primary-aged children who enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar problems. Rather than memorising procedures, children are encouraged to explore, reason and discover — developing the mathematical habits of mind that last a lifetime.
Suitable for ages 7–12. No prior competition experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to think.

Children learn to build clear, step-by-step arguments and spot flaws in reasoning. Problems are designed to reward careful thinking over quick guessing.

Our Approach
At Curious Quanta, we believe mathematical confidence comes from genuine understanding — not rote repetition. Our sessions are carefully designed so that every child experiences the satisfaction of working through a genuinely hard problem.
We draw on competition mathematics (AMC, IMAS, Primary Mathematics Challenge) to set the level of challenge, but sessions are never about pressure or rankings. The goal is always curiosity, discovery and joy.
Small group sizes mean our PhD-qualified educators can give individual attention and tailor the level of challenge to each child.
