Based in Kew, Melbourne, we offer engaging STEM workshops and personalised maths tutoring designed to inspire confidence, creativity and a genuine love of learning.

Our Story

Curious Quanta was established to provide children with engaging and meaningful learning experiences in mathematics and STEM. As educators, scientists and parents, we believe that children learn best when they are encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas and enjoy the learning process. Our goal is to help every child build confidence, curiosity and strong academic foundations.

Meet Dr Chamali Jacob

Dr Chamali Jacob is a PhD-qualified physicist, STEM educator and passionate teacher with extensive experience in scientific research, education and working with children. She is currently undertaking a Master of Teaching (Secondary Education), further developing her professional expertise in teaching and learning and strengthening her commitment to education.

With a background in Physics and experience as an academic tutor, STEM workshop facilitator and mathematics tutor, Chamali specialises in making complex scientific and mathematical concepts engaging, accessible and enjoyable for young learners. She combines strong subject knowledge with practical teaching experience to support students in developing confidence, curiosity and a genuine interest in learning.

Through hands-on activities, personalised support and small-group teaching, Chamali strives to create a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can develop their skills and reach their potential. At Curious Quanta, she brings together her scientific expertise, teaching experience and ongoing professional development in education to inspire the next generation of curious minds.
